All replacement spikes sold on Spikes.au have a universal thread used in all modern athletics spike shoes. That means they will fit all spike shoes from major brands including Nike, Adidas, ASICS, Puma, New Balance, On and Saucony.
If your shoes originally came with removable metal spikes, these replacements will fit.
What spike length should I choose?
For most athletes competing on synthetic athletics tracks, 6mm spikes are the standard and are accepted at almost all venues.
For other surfaces:
ā¢ 9mm spikes are commonly used for cross country
ā¢ 12mm spikes are typically used for grass surfaces or very soft ground

Do I need a spike key?
Yes. A spike key (also called a spike wrench) is used to remove old spikes and securely tighten new ones into your shoes.
Most spike shoes include a spike key when purchased, but they can easily be lost over time.
If you donāt already have one, we recommend adding a spike key to your order so you can quickly and easily install your new spikes.

Express delivery via Australia Post typically arrives within 2ā3 business days, depending on your location.
